Dr. Samaddar brings more than 40 years of experience spanning artificial intelligence, analytics, operations research, information systems, and executive decision-making. He is also Professor of Business Analytics at Georgia State University’s J. Mack Robinson College of Business, where he has educated generations of business leaders and helped establish one of the nation's recognized analytics programs.

An internationally recognized analytics thought leader, inventor, researcher, entrepreneur, and educator, Dr. Samaddar developed the Reverse Kalman Filter (RKF) methodology for reducing hallucinations in large language models and is co-inventor of SigmaCore’s deterministic AI architecture. His research has been published in leading journals including Management Science, Decision Sciences, Manufacturing & Service Operations Management, European Journal of Operational Research, and Communications of the ACM. A decision and AI scientist, Dr. Samaddar is an inventor, and entrepreneur with 40+ years of experience in analytics and decision sciences, pioneering deterministic AI systems that eliminate hallucinations in financial and legal workflows.

Throughout his career, Dr. Samaddar has successfully bridged the worlds of academic research and commercial innovation. He has founded multiple analytics ventures, advised startups and Fortune 500 organizations, contributed to the development of the global Certified Analytics Professional (CAP®) certification program, and served as Chief Knowledge Officer of VoiceCore Technologies during the early growth of internet communications.
